Best thing to ever happen to an ear of corn
Ive had a small garden for a number of years and have grown sweet. Corn. For 30 years. I've tried a lot of different ways. to remove the kernels From corn, especially now as I'm older and have caps. And a partial. so . eating corn. off the cob For me, it's really not recommended. Like I said, I've tried every device. even the one that comes with a screw bit and you have to. Use a electric drill but nothing works as good as this simple. little cup device. It's fast, it's easy to clean, It's fast. and does a remarkable good job. Like I said, it's the best thing that ever happened to an ear of corn. PS. I think it's best if you do the fat in first Down and twist it's really. that fast and easy.

Is it the best? Maybe not.
This corn stripper comes with a "gripper" for pushing the corn through the cutter. It broke in half the very first time I tried to use it. So then what? Mash the corn cob though the cutter with the bottom of your hand? I got out my stainless steel hammer and whacked it through, quite effectively. However, I don't imagine that's what the manufacturer had in mind. (It didn't come with a hammer.)It's well built (except for the gripper), but I'm skeptical how useful it will be. There may be better ways to remove the corn from the cob. Nice grater, though.

Great Corn Kernel Remover
A friend of mine recommended this corn stripper and I'm so happy he did! It's so easy to use and it does an amazing job of removing the kernels from the cob! It was also on sale which made it an all around great deal!!

Works on small part of cob only. You get half the cob cut.
This would be 5 star if there were two different size blades. It works great for half the, corn the small end, but not big enough for the larger end of corn cob. My hubby can’t eat corn on cob & I love it. I hull the two small ends & I eat the 2 large ends. Even the smallest cob I have found couldn’t get all of the large end.
