Execellent
I bought this pair of Hella horns for my vehicle and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Installation was easy, and the sound is loud, clear, and has a very professional tone. They’re perfect for enhancing safety on the road, as they can be heard from a good distance and with clarity. The build quality is solid, made with durable materials, which is typical of Hella products. Highly recommended for anyone looking for power and reliability.

Hella makes a great replacement horn
Replacement for rusted out Miata horn. Installed both, great sound, and the fact that these are waterproof is a huge plus. Inexpensive but not Cheap.

Loud upgrade from stock, it will sound like a 90s Japanese Car
I like to write reviews on products 6 months or more to really give an accurate review, and to really see if these products hold up after the test of TIME, and use ofcourse. Bought in 2022-2023 for my 2007 Nisssn Sentra . It wasn’t a direct fit, and my factory horn was a single note and these are double note. Which is ok, cause that’s what I wanted. Not only does my Japanese car sound like a Japanese car now (Horn beep) it is LOUD!. Louder than my single note original. It was a cool upgrade, still works well years later and sounds like a 1997 Toyota Camry. Make sure your connection is good and bolting location is clean and rust free, that’s important

Sounds Louder than OEM!
I used it on my 2013 Scion TC and it is definitely worth it. A cheap $20 modification that will be useful when driving everyday is a deal. Sometimes with my stock horn I felt like people couldn’t hear me, with this its loud enough so they can hear me, but not loud to the point it will be obnoxious.I feel like it is a good mod, cheap and get a great outcome out of it, best of all it is plug and play and works better than the stock ones. I will be doing it on my other cars I ever get in the future.

decent 2012 RAV4 replacement
A pair of these are lower cost than two OEM Toyota horns. These mount and connect to the harness same as OEM. Nothing is going to make any 4.3gen RAV4 horn install easier since you have to remove the entire front bumper. Make sure you have some spare clips and bolts ready for reassembly; those parts do not always age well.Loud enough and hopefully will last as long as the OEM horns did. Seems that the current draw from these will play nice with the OEM harness...no need for another control relay.Minor gripe of growing tired of everything made in china though.

Nice, loud and clear!
The horns are plug and play. No modifications are needed. The higher frequency horn sounds better on a Civic like mine that came with only one.I didn’t want to waste the second so I installed it. My ES Civic uses the same fuse box wiring as the EP3 Civic. The only difference is that mine is missing the one wire from the connector for the right side horn. I went on eBay and purchased the engine fuse box connectors with pigtail cut off from the same civic harness, and also purchased the factory style connector for the horn. I de-pinned the wire from the connector, plugged it into the correct hole on mine, added a 16 gauge wire for extension to the right side and butt connected the new horn pigtail that I bought. Lastly, I found the correct size bolt and nut to mount the horn to the car, and plugged in the horn. Now both are working!

Simple upgrade for base model Subaru
One way Subaru makes their base model in the line-up feel cheap is by installing just a single horn. The mounting bracket would accept a second horn, but there is no wiring in place and also on 2020+ models, bumper fascia needs to be removed to access the horn location. These 77 mm Hella horns can be mounted on a piece of angle stock attached to the threaded rod holding the battery, as shown in another review, which also shows the wiring. Wiring is easy because the battery and the fuse box (used for tapping the relay trigger off the existing horn fuse) are right there. The horns are compact enough to fit within the space in front of the battery, to the left and to the right of the windshield washer filler neck. At the same time, they are still larger than the factory horn. Now my base Subaru Legacy has horns that sound properly, actually three of them including the factory one. Highly recommended.
