According to the information on the box, the bags are made in Thailand. I would add that the bags are recyclable and the box is 100% recycled paperboard.

Q: is it safe to store hot hamburger in the bag?

Although Ziploc® bags can withstand the heat necessary for re-heating and defrosting, we do not recommend placing hot hamburger in them directly after cooking. To ensure the bag maintains its quality, please allow the meat time to cool down a bit.
