Also helps support a couple of veins in lower leg
I have just a couple of veins in my one lower leg that sometimes seem to get a bot varicose-like. It's not enough for me to wear compression socks when the weather is in the upper 90s and humid, so when I saw this tape, I decided to give it a try.So far, so good- the tape is elastic enough to give enough to move with me; it sticks *very* well so I can wear it for a day or two, it breathes well - I'd previously tried duct tape, which bothered my skin, but this Kinesiology Tape is designed for skin, and it's so comfortable I completely forget I even have it on. I got the beige color, so it doesn't look that bad and is not visible at all under lightweight "beach"-type summer pants. Interestingly, although it stays put very well, is also can be removed easily and, for me, painlessly. So far, then, it's doing exactly what I'd hoped, and comfortably so. And it's *definitely* more comfortable to wear a strip of this over that one area of my leg, than it's be to wear compression socks!

Great for sensitive skin!
I had seen a beauty hack using Kinesiology Tape I wanted to try, but my skin is very sensitive to latex and many different glues. With a regular bandaid type bandage I will have a burn rash in less than 45 minutes. I tested this tape overnight last night for about 14 hours, and did not have any reaction! Not only will I continue to use this for beauty hacks but for needed bandages also! The cost for this whole roll as compared to that of 8 sensitive bandaids in a box, is a savings. And its adhesion is great, it would have stayed on longer if I hadn't pulled it off.

Good
The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is they are to strong to get off my skin .

Great value- great quality!
Works great! Stayed on through showers and everything. If you tape correctly it greatly reduces pains/strains, but even taping in the correct spot but laying the tape incorrectly can aggrivate injuries further. PTs work magic with this stuff though

Learned about it from watching wrestlers
And my doctor confirmed it. Do not how it takes away the pain, do not care, this stuff really works!!!!

Doesn't Stay in Place
Years ago, I bough kinesiology tape that stuck and stayed put for several days through bathing, sports rubbing against clothes and bed linen. This stuff doesn't really last a full day, more proof that they just don't make stuff the way they used to.The very first application seemed to stay pretty well, the 2nd not so swell and it just went downhill from there the further into the roll I got. I make sure to rub the area clean with alcohol and even my fingers so no oils will transfer onto the type. But the stuff just won't stay. It starts to fry and SLIDE. I've never seen anything like it. It's even worse than the last one I tried because it gives you a false sense of security. In the middle of standing I shifted my weight and felt knee pain, only to look down and see that the tape had come loose. I knew I felt slack, but I didn't realize that the tape was just hanging. When it slides it leaves behind a sticky hard to remove film. Now that makes no sense. With all the sticky film it leave one would think it would stay put! I've never seen kinesiology type slide before. This sliding makes it useless because it doesn't secure the area that it's put on. One could further injure themselves thinking that the area is stabilized when it's not.I guess it's back to the drawing board, I've tried the more expensive brands, the mid range brands and so I decided to stop wasting my money and try this cheaper brand. I don't want to waste more money so I guess I'll be looking for another lower priced brand. No use in buying expensive brands if they don't perform any better than the rest.
