These supplements are great quality. I’ve been taking them along with zinc to boost my immunity and ever since I’ve been doing that I’ve not been sick. I am a pre k 4 teacher and am around sick kids all the time. But ever since I’ve been taking this I’ve not gotten sick. Just 2 pills a day is easy to swallow !

Easy to take and great combo of supplements. No stomach upsets and this definitely is one of the more high quality supplements I've tried. Will be repurchasing!

Works pretty good! My allergies are pretty severe so it's not quite as effective during high pollen counts. But, during the rest of the year, it definitely helps. Very happy with this.
