The charger comes tightly wrapped in a small box within a larger mailing pouch... It comes exactly as described. As a consumer, be sure to observe the photo as carefully as possible to make sure this is the charger you want. I was very grateful they were kind enough to even display the size of the plug.

It works like the charger is supposed to, I love it when a product works like it is supposed to. I used this for EnV4 laptop

The packaging was good and the wall cord looks new but the power box, cord, and computer plug part is pretty banged up and doesnt look new at all. I need this charger very badly so I'm not going to send it back but its disappointing to receive something you think is in new condition and its not.

Very sturdy replacement laptop charger. I had bought one from a different company in the past and the two parts of the cord did not fit together well and my computer would easily come unplugged. Not with this cord. Pieces fit together snugly and my computer stays plugged in.

Looked completely different from the pictures. Had to return it.

So I plug it in and wow it works amazing but then it got hot enough to burn the plastic of a container I had it on, then on the wooden table.Wasn't advertised but was appreciated - it smells like almonds when it explodes. It made a mess but smelled nice.3/5 not bad I guess it worked until it didn't then went pew

It works just as well as the one that came with my laptop. I spend time away from home, and I didn't want to have to worry about forgetting my only charger somewhere, so I bought this to keep in my backpack.

works great on my wife's HP. Hope this one lasts longer then the previous (cheaper) replacement cord received
