It seems that way or can be used a such. It’s the same product as the regular size. I use it as a regular bottle to refill my smaller containers.

Q: Can you mix with water for a roller set? and if so, in what ratio?

It does need to be mixed with water. It has a soft hold. Just apply to wet hair , roll and set. It’s a great product.

Q: Can i use any pump bottle for this refil bottle? I do have an empty lotion bottle haha. Not sure if it will foam up. Kindly advise

I've been using Nairobi so long I only have their pump bottles. My best suggestion is to buy one bottle of foam to see if it's works well with your hair type. My hair is relaxed and cut In a pixie style.
