These work perfectly. I had a panic when my maymom 19mm shields that I used for my son 3 years ago didn’t work with the medela symphony pump anymore (medela has changed the tubing attachments and these are no longer compatible). Thank goodness for nene shields, arrived quickly, easy to attach to the medela pump part, easier to clean than old maymom shields, work great. No issues with fit not being snug/secure to the rest of the pump mentioned by some reviewers. I really don’t know why medela don’t supply smaller breast shields, but if you need 19mm then highly recommend these.

I had a bellababy pump and the standard flanges that came with it are huge.Ididnt know about this until a friend recommended itIdidnt even sized my nipples just got what i think will be good. And thankfully size 19 was perfect with me.They help with pumping so much also without them it was painful at first.

I appreciate the long flange, it's helpful if you have elastic nipples! Works great with my Medela pump. I fl I was being nit-picky, I wish the flange was oval instead of round because I find it more comfortable but doesn't make a huge difference.

I wasn’t sure if these would fit my medela pump. The holes and valve’s were the right size. I recommend to always replace your old with the new. You will notice the difference in the suction and these did the job. I am going to order more

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think it’s size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges would’ve made the pumping experience for me better. It’s hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones don’t.

For my second pregnancy I was actually able to be “fitted” for the correct flange size by the hospital lactation consultant who suggested 17mm vs the 21mm one I had available.I’ve used these flanges twice with my medela pump in style and let me tell you… already a HUGE difference in comfort and production. These fit well with the pump and for the price? Can’t beat it!
