Wind turbine scaffolding pole adapter bracket flange heavy duty 50mm UK Stock 140mm base

Based on the circa 115mm four hole mounting on typical wind generators, I was hoping this flange bracket would fit - unfortunately not.As you can see, it is much larger than the circa 140mm, which is not a problem as the flange bracket is well made, solid and sturdy, however, it will though require to to be modified to allow the 115mm four hole to fit.Marking out the required holes, put in a pilot hole just to see what margins I had. As you can see, it is very close to the weld, so whilst it can be drilled and used, it will be very tight.If the manufacturer of this well made flange bracket could look to modify, so allowing users to use without reworking, it would no doubt help many more people.Update: Since the initial engineering elements, took the flange and drilled four holes, then tapped. It now looks and feel absolutely solid.

great quality flange, only fault was seller did not put dimensions on the advert so I have had to send it to have holes drilled to fit my turbine.

I had to modify mine as well as my Chinese turbine would not fit! Had to drill holes in it to fit mine! But solid item happy
