This unit doesn't work as expected. I mean it does ring and make an annoying sound, but it still doesn't deter the foxes and cats from my garden.I had initiall bought this to keep those animals out from my garden so they don't poo and mess my garden - but this hasn't helped at all.I was going to return it, but the return period had passed.

i am a cat owner myself but we have had problems for a while with other cats messing on our front grass area for ages and nothing worked pepper curry powder .This was all ok unitl it rained.Out of desperation I looked to Amazon and found The Koepuo Cat Scarer. It arrived quickly and we assembled straight away having cleared up the the poo and cut the grass.We have a square shape frontage so set it up in one corner so it could pick up anything coming onto the grass area. The noise is quite loud when it sets off but tbh id prefer this to the mess and marks left by the fouling. The batteries are still going strong and its been a couple of weeks now and NO POO so i think we've cracked it. (fingers crossed) It has surived the recent battering of the wind and rain and hail .As you can tell i'm impressed so definately recommend.

Doesn't have an on off switch. The sensitivity knob does not make a difference, still makes a sound when turned right down. The sound can be clearly heard by humans as well (its very annoying, which is good for repelling animals but not good for us!). Other ultraonic repellants have sound frequencies that can only be heard by animals. So use during night times is fine but during the day you have to cover the sensor or put it in the shed!

Works really well. Better than the solar powered ones. You have to replace the batteries but only about once a year! They are pretty good waterproof wise and weatherproof. I have to replace the whole unit about once every 3 years so fairly happy.

Hopefully this will deter deer eating my plants during the night. None damaged since we installed the device so looking good👍.

I was fed up of the local cats leaving their packages on my front lawn, so I purchased this device. For a few days, no cats and no smelly packages appeared. But now the cats have returned and even come and sit on the lawn to be storked. I can see the LED on the unit and have been told by younger members of the family the sound from the unit is really irritating to them, so the unit is working fine. It just dose not deter the cats.
