Does this motor turn clockwise? Or counterclockwise?

You can make it turn both ways I think if I’m correct if you can sea on the photo smaller wires with a clips they are reversible only thing you need to do just to switch them two wires and it will give you clockwise or counter clockwise

What are the specs on this unit? Hp, Amps, rpm, phase?

Don’t know? But specs on the old motor:1/6hp,1.25amps, 1100rpm, 208-230 1phase. Replaced it and running fine.
