The packaging and the quality of the filters is great.But the price is very high.Replacement of filter-kit costs as much as a new purifier device itself.

The filter is currently more expensive than the machine was and more expensive than a newer model with new filters. Which is really strange but I guess it works well.

Bought the air purifier about a year ago, summer 2020. I use it primarily aboard ships at sea, where I work - very industrial environment. I also use it when on long-term stays in hotels. Original pre-filters were great - excellent job cleaning the air and removing odors. At first, because the pandemic made it hard to get replacement filter sets, I washed out the pre-filter and kept using it. It eliminated odors and, because it was very dense, trapped most of the dust. The excellent original pre-filter extended the life of the HEPA filter.Sadly, when filter sets came back in stock, they were twice the price. I bought one since mine was well due for replacement, only to find the new pre-filters were porous and useless. They do not stop odors and do not trap dust. Because of this, the HEPA filter only lasted about 6 weeks, compared to 6+ months for the first HEPA filter, with the original pre-filter.Customer service was very responsive and sent me a new filter set free of charge. However, it had the same quality issue with the pre-filters. Customer service insisted the pre-filters were "charcoal to stop odors" and the same level of filtration as before. This is obviously not the case.The HEPA filter is still the same high quality as the first set. But, because the pre-filters are so terrible, I now have to replace the HEPA filter every couple of months instead of once or twice a year. Also, these pre-filters have no odor neutralization.My intention is to look for a replacement charcoal foam that I can cut into size to use as a good pre-filter, so these HEPA filters will go back to lasting 6-8 months.

I've had my little air purifier for a long time now and I ran just finally out of replacement filters (I ordered a bunch of extras when I first ordered it a few years ago). For a while people kept commenting on the purifier's listing that you could no longer get the replacement filters but that isn't the case. Obviously you know, as you're reading this review on the filter's page haha. This set comes with both the pre filter (which I usually rinse out like once a week because of cat hair) and the main hepa one. They fit perfectly and it means I don't need to go buy a new/different purifier.
