FAKE PRODUCT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This is a fake product. I ordered it as the photos in the Amazon advert and the printer for which it was intended were all genuine Epson printer packaging based from a previous purchase. What turned up was a so-called 'genuine' ink product in a plastic bag with unreadable Japanese or Chinese text on it and certainly had nothing with Epson written on it. There was no cardboard sleeve with this design on it either. Having inserted it into the printer, it was abundantly and quickly clear it was a fake product. No ink came out, it screwed up the printer heads, and, within a few seconds, the printer told me the ink wasn't a genuine Epson product. I would award a zero star for overall rating, print quality, value for money and presentation if I could. I take great exception to false advertising - i.e. using a 'genuine' Epson package like that in the photo to believe I was buying a legal product from Epson - to peddle their ghastly, unfit-for-use, fake rubbish products. It has been repacked and on its way back for a refund. Never again will I ever buy inks off Amazon which appear to be genuine but in reality are total crap products.

Perfect
Genuine EPSON cartridge that I put straight in my new printer ~ XP-355The package is exactly as currently pictured in the stock images above, except that the complete list of compatible printers is on the front (1st image below refers)The cartridge is physically the same size as the standard 3.2 ml size , so you can mix, something I wasn’t sure about at the time of order.ooOoo※ EPSON INK CARTRIDGE※ CLARIA HOME INK/STRAWBERRY~ COLOUR/SIZE : CYAN XL 29 (6.4 ml)ooOooThe cartridge arrived presented in the official EPSON blister pack, within a strong cardboard wrap for safe transit. It comes complete with a multi-lingual instruction leaflet, although my printer guides through the installation process.Although there is less cumbersome packaging available, I do not wish to find out that ink hasn’t travelled well, and I feel confident it is genuine if it is in the easy recognised brand packaging.[6 images attached] the standard 3.2 ml size

Installing this cartridge broke the printer; I no longer trust that these are genuine
I bought this from Amazon - not a secondary seller but Amazon themselves, assuming it would be genuine. When I opened the cartridge (which did come in a genuine looking package) I was suspicious as it didn't look like the others I have in the printer; more like a cheap knock off. When I installed it the printer was very slow to recognise it and took probably five times longer than usual to install. Then, the minute I pressed the button to print a test sheet, the printer returned a fatal error message. Nothing works to erase this.I'm sure this cartridge broke my printer (an XP 342) as I've never had even a whiff of trouble from it before.

Black print is the new black print
I was partially delighted that the cartridge does what it says on the plastic container, ie prints in black when it says ‘black’. Black is black as they say, you can’t go far wrong and I’m chuffed that when, say my magenta, squirts its last, the replacement sent by those wonderful philanthropists at Amazon will indeed resemble magenta in a reddish type of style. Imagine my joy when the words I’d previously typed slid from my Epsom in perfect Times New Roman black, restores to its deepest hue! Oh the friends I rang to express my joy.

Don't replace ink if you don’t use your printer regularly
My friend gave me his EPSON XP-335 when he left school. Both black and pink inks were empty. I replaced the black ink because I only print in black and white. I then recognised that I must replace pink ink with doing the print job—no wonder the machine is so cheap. So I bought a pink ink cartridge from Amazon. However, the printer is not printing, even though it has ink. I might need to clean the Printhead because of clogs after searching online solution. The causes of clogs are: 1)You don’t change your ink cartridge right away when you get a low ink warning, and instead, you keep printing until you see faded printouts; 2) you don’t turn off your printer, which ink dries up in the nozzles; 3) and you don’t use your printer regularly. I followed all steps to do a clean job. The problem is still there. Finally, the clean process ate up the last bit of yellow ink. So the system asked me to replace yellow ink. So far, I spent near £28 already. But I am not sure whether I can print out anything after replacing the yellow ink. I could print out many works through the postoffice with £28. I only can say the design of the product sucks. I throw away the printer immediately to the recycling site. The ink cartridge should not have the problem, but I cannot give a higher rate because I couldn't use it and waste my money.
