I bought these for my own (male) feet. All my previous merino running socks were wearing out, and I wanted some comfy and warm socks that weren't too thick to replace them, and something that ideally didn't cost $20-30 per pair. At $32.99 for a pack of 5 pairs, these are a pretty good deal.Today I tried them for a 45 minute walk/run in -15C. These are not only a visual treat, but they were like a warm embrace for my feet, keeping them comfy and toasty the entire time. They're also the perfect length for pulling over your tights (sorry to all those "socks-inside-the-tights" folks who might be reading this) to help keep your ankles warm and dry too. My old holey pairs weren't long enough to do this trick.For the most part, the pack I chose is somewhat gender-neutral. The baby blue stripes shown in the photo are maybe leaning toward the feminine side a little more than the others in the pack. But the stripes are such a beautiful shade of blue that matched my shoes and hoody perfectly! I'm probably not helping my case.In any case, definitely recommend for any girls (or boys) looking for socks like this.

These socks are amazing! I bought them for a trip to Vermont and they kept my feet warm and comfy in single digit temperatures.I did follow the recommendation to not dry them in the dryer. I washed them around 6pm and they were dry by 5:30am the next day so I was very pleased that they air dried so quickly.For the price these are excellent quality and I am tempted to get more in a different color.

These socks are the cutest and coziest. The pattern is so adorable and I love the colors in the pink and the white perfect for Valentine’s Day. My feet are always cold and these keep them so warm. They wash really well.
