Sound Healing
The media could not be loaded. I love these bells you really have to have a gentle hand to get the best sound but if you listen really good tune in you can feel the vibration of the bells going through your body and tissue it’s a wonderful healing!

Too Small for a Yoga Teacher to Use Well During a Class
I am a yoga instructor and I thought these were too small to effectively use. I still occasionally use them, but I will eventually buy some larger ones.
