Is this computer refurbished by the seller or by Apple?

It is said to be refurbished and in excellent condition, except mines won’t even stay on without being plugged into the charge.. once I pull the charger out the entire thing turns off.

Apple doesn't sell refurbished products, so this is absolutely Seller Refurbished - an they do a horrible job. Their refurbished products are literally just wiped and re-sold.
