Q: Do they come with bulbs?

Yes, they came with regular halogens. (9005 and H11) it doesn't come with 3197 bulb which is your turn signal bulb. (Sense you use factory turn signal connector) You can abviously upgrade all your bulbs, I recommend LED. They're awesome and well worth it. PS: If you buy 3197 turn signal LED, buy the little resistor too so your car won't say turn signal is out and blink fast. Also, I've had 2 sets of these light housings, for 2 trucks I've had, and I would buy clear silicon and seal all around the edges just to be sure you won't have a leak.

Q: Why did my turn signals stop working but the parking lights works

Check to ensure the one of the filaments didn’t burn out. Also check the turn signal module is still functioning.

Q: I just installed these on my ram and everything is perfect except i cant afjust them up enough to whete i need them. Help.

I seam to find that problem with all replacements ive tryed. I just put super bright leds in. And also leds in my fog lights.
