This ice pack is amazing! I dislocated my shoulder and tore my labrum a few years ago. This really helps alleviate the pressure and pain from the top of my shoulder joint to the bottom of my bicep. I’ve used numerous ice packs and I have to say this is by far the BEST BRAND! It stays colder so much longer than others and I really love the Velcro straps. They stay in place so well that I’m able to continue moving around. I don’t have to constantly hold it or lay down while using it. It really bends and adjusts to your body’s anatomy, so every area is covered for relief.
