Know this is late but still useful info, im the same height md weight nd i got a size Large, fits nice nd comfortably plus theyre stretchy so it doesnt feel like you’re wearing skinny jeans, if you want a looser fit than get a size bigger so it doesnt feel tight on your legs if that bothers you.
