Does it come off the surface easily?

This stuff is wonderful and peels off the wall easily and without residue. All you need are dry erase markers, which quickly wipe off when you are ready. My only "complaint" would be that there's too much of it. I needed, and still use, two small pieces to write notes to my bed-bound husband. The price was good but I would have preferred a couple of little sheets, say 5x7" rather than pay for a big roll.

Will dry erase markers bleed through onto the wall?

My daughter uses it everyday and we write colorful messages to each other. It does not bleed through to the wall.

What kind of finish does it have? Matte, semi gloss, gloss?

It's a gloss as if you would see on a stationary white board. Works great, but sometimes takes awhile to move the ink.

Will it stick to the top of a freezer?

Only is slick surface and not bumpy
