Great product, highly recommend
I have had this fan outside on my patio in Florida for almost a year and it still looks and works great. For being a smaller fan it moves a lot of air without making so much noise you can’t carry a conversation with friends across the patio. Will be purchasing another for the other side of my patio.

Powerful and sturdy. Install can be tricky
Powerful and sturdy fan. The installation was a bit tricky. There are no screws or bolts so you will need to figure that out depending on what material you are mounting on. The area behind the fan to access the screw/bolt holes make it a little awkward to get a driver straight into the screw area. It takes some effort and contortion. I tried removing the mount from the fan and mounting that first. However, this is even more difficult as the bolts attaching the fan to the mount are not secured in the fan chassis. It is doable if you have another body to help.

just right for our 8' x 16' greenhouse
Took about 5 minutes to mount the fan, our greenhouse already had rails and extra nut/bolt for accessories to installation a breeze. Fan puts out a good amount of air, all the plants are getting air and moving a bit.As noted in another review the built in GFCI does pop every time the unit is unplugged, this makes it not useful if one wishes to use an external thermostat or timer. If your greenhouse is up to electrical code and has all GFCI outlets then there is no need for the cord mounted GFCI included with the unit, a simple modification might just make the unit work with a timer or external thermostat...just saying.

Awesome little fan!
The media could not be loaded. I needed a small and sturdy fan to circulate air in the storage room in my basement. It’s absolutely perfect for that. The name “tornado” is overstating its power a bit, but I love the look and function if this fan and suspect it will last a long time. Operation is buttery smooth. It’s ultra quiet and super easy to install. Tilts, but does not oscillate. Seems a bit overpriced at $85 though given the limited power. I think this is an ideal fan for circulating air inside or outside, but if you want to be cooled down outside from 8 feet away or feel a strong breeze, this may not be for you.

Setup was tricky
I ordered the 12", which came on time and was well-packaged. It did not come with screws, so we found some we already had. We had problems installing it, wishing to mount it on a side-wall beam. The problem we had was in not having enough room between the bracket it came with and the fan to use a drill. We finally took off the bracket from the fan and were able to attach it all that way. I do need to note that many other fans have this bracket approach. Now that the fan is up, and its only a few feet away from where I am sitting, I wish that it had more air-flow, especially when on the highest setting. This is my bigger issue.Gosh, sorry to sound like I'm complaining all the way through this. That I am getting air flow is tremendously better than without the fan. On the positive side, it is waterproof, and that will be good for a permanently-installed fan. Also, it appears to be well made and substantial.

Does a good job
We installed this fan on our patio under a covered roof. We couldn’t install a ceiling fan but could place this on a beam in the corner. It’s great on low most of the time, but has 2 faster speeds if we need them. It’s nice to be able to tip it up or down. The handyman only used the center bolt when mounting, so we can also swivel it if we want to. The only small nit is when you pull the chain, it touches the back of the fan and tips it. If you are going to install the fan high up, you might want a pole to reach up and tilt it with. It’s perfect for what we needed.
