So these were an impulse try after running low on my normal briefs. So far I am super happy. The absorbency is on the medium/high end depending on position. Great for sleeping, ok for sitting and active use. They tend to not wick towards the back that great. I had some issues with frontal swelling and leaking over the front waistband after a long outing. Typical issue with a lot of briefs being a guy. I found them to be one of the most comfortable diapers I have used and are easy to adjust. The tapes for me have worked great and they are in my opinion very discreet. I’ve not noticed any noise except under my workout clothes, but in the gym or general public its never quiet enough for anyone to notice. The cost is slightly more than I would like, but even the the cheaper brands have increased so much lately that these seem a better value seeing you have to change them far less often. I’m on my third pack and I plan to switch over to the these exclusively for nighttime and longer outings. Not as absorbent as Megamax and Rearz, but I also cant walk around looking like theres a beachball in my pants. Highly recommend.

All things considered (value for the size and features), this adult styled diaper is the best on the market. This product is the plastic-backed style which pretty much guarantees a full night's sleep without any issues. They can also be worn with an extra brief (put on first), and then layer up with the TotalDry adult diaper which makes for a great combo! The leg gathers are comfortable, the two tapes on each side hold well, and I've had zero issues when also combined with a pair of plastic pants over the top for insurance. Everything still fits under regular (men's) pants. Well worth the monies spent for this product.

Read reviews on these diapers before purchasing. Some stated as good as Magamax. Ha lol not even close. I almost never have a leak with a magamax when sleeping for the night. I've leaked almost every night granted I have no bladder control while sleeping. However I have found these to work good during the day. I read where they crinkle as you move??? Not sure where thats coming from? I'm impressed at how quiet they are. The smooth plastic between the legs is very comfortable. Mind you I'm a fully active person during the day. I spend alot of time out and about walking. If you know how to dress as an incontinent person. These aren't all that bad to hide. Compared to a megamax diaper. Btw tapes work well. Clumping has been a minor issue. But usually by that point I'm ready to change. Leg gathers are decent. Outside plastic is smooth quiet and durable. As an overall diaper id give them a 7 out of 10. As a overnight diaper for my needs 5 or 6

The Total Dry X-Plus diaper offer an amazing capacity. These diapers can be worn for 8 hours easly. I am a heavy and frequent wetter and this diaper can get me through a typical work day with ease. I dort worry about it leaking or it's capacity. I an enjoy a active day without worry. The cons is they do crinkle when you move about and do swell with use. These cons are very welcomed with this diaper offering great functionality. I keep these on hand at all times.

I bought a couple cases of these because my go to diapers that are imported out of Europe were out of stock online. These diapers do several things really well. Medium to high end absorbency, love the landing zone, I wish all diapers would use landing zones. Wicks wetness really well front to back utilizing the diapers full capacity. Soft plastic backing is comfortable against sensitive skin. Tapes stick really well and adjust easily.Unfortunately these do poorly in serveral ways. These diapers sag after a couple hours of active daytime wear, changes are needed before the full absorbency is reached due to the excessive sagging.These maybe the least discreet disposable diapers I've ever worn. Not that they are bulky. When dry they disappear under clothes but they have the plastic bag crinkle that can be heard from a mile away and when they inevitably get wet and start to sag it becomes incredibly obvious. Also, when changing there is no way to change quietly. The tabs being ripped off will be heard over loud bathroom fans or by anyone remotely close by. Forget about changing in a public place.Practically speaking I think these are best used as advertised as an overnight solution for bed wetting or for bedridden adults. Unless compressed with tight fitting underwear to keep these in place and to keep the noise down these don't work well for active daytime use. That's not to say this is a bad product, if I could give them a 3.5 I would, they are better than most but are not on par with other premium brands available at around the same price point. I would compare these to a more absorbent Depends fitted brief. Overall a mixed bag, not bad but not great either.

Easy transaction

I suffer from urinary incontinence. I have tried many adult diaper brands and this ranks up there with some of the best. I would recommend a booster pad to help with heavy wetting.
