I have used my sauna blanket 3 times now since getting it last week and oh my goodness! Felt like a million bucks afterwards (...or after the shower afterwards 😄)I have high hopes it'll help with healing areas in need and also speeding up metabolism.I do have to note that it gets really hot in the feet area due to the heat source coming in right there, I'd guess. So I just wear thicker socks and it does okay.

I purchased this for my wife and she absolutely loves it and swears that it has helped her with muscle soreness from our daily workouts.

I purchased this for fibromyalgia. It works pretty well. It holds the heat setting well. I wish it had a longer electrical cord for plug-in, and wish the heating control device was a little longer too. I have short arms, so getting into the blanket and then zipping it is awkward. Overall, it does what it claims to do. I fell asleep in mine and woke up over an hour later and the blanket was still very warm having been set on the 5 temperature. I think it caused me to become dehydrated as I felt terrible the next day and pushed water and food. I think if you read up on this carefully, you will not regret purchasing it. It is very durable, is made from high quality materials, heat settings seem accurate and it holds the heat from beginning and past the timer. I like that it heats up very quickly. I do suggest you drink lots of water before and after using, maybe even adding electrolytes.

I don’t know what I did before this. I seriously do this every single night before going to bed. I work out two hours a day and this is the perfect ending to just “chilll” (not really lol). Also, I am a very hot sleeper and by using this I have found that I don’t sweat as much when I sleep.

Very well made . Seems to be working out just fine as it helps in relaxing and sleep so far . I've only been using it for about two weeks , Just at heat level 5 . Thank you Lifepro for a great Product .

We have been looking for affordable space friendly sauna . After reading reviews and looking at portable options, we decided on this one! So glad we got it! It’s exactly what we hoped. It is really easy to set up and use! Not hard to clean and store away for next use. Only wish we would have had it sooner during the colder months. Only had it a week, but love it. Only thing that I could complain is wishing the plug in cord a touch longer but it’s not bad. We plug into surge protector that already have set up near our bed. Great way to unwind from long day before a nice shower!

This is a wonderful blanket. It is well made... so far it functions great. The heat is not too hot and believe me I can take a hot sauna. The heat is deep and warms the muscles unlike regular saunas. I absolutely love this thing. After 16 surgeries and a lifetime of beating the crap out of my body this is exactly what I needed. I am post surgery foot reconstruction on both feet and I worried about my BP and my donor tendons being too affected from the heat. Well my BP dropped to normal because the circulation in my legs was so good from the blanket. I didn't turn it up all the way just to make sure I was not risking my health. The zipper is sturdy and it feels like nothing I have ever experienced. I sleep like a baby instead of tossing and turning from pain of many surgeries. I looked high and low for low to zero EMF. Life Pro has rated one of the best and it is affordable. Don't buy based on price, because we think the more expensive something is the better nope. Amazon had it on sale and I jumped. Gonna buy one for a friend as well. It comes with many mylar blankets for detoxing and it wipes easily with simple green or method organic cleaner.

So I promised after using this for a few days I would post a review. I personally hate to sweat mostly Infront my husband, oh well he will get over it. So I have used this 2 times. I do plan on using it more, just have to find the time to do it. Today I used it after my Waver vibration plate workout. It did seem to help relax the muscles a lot. However, Lightweight not at all, very heavy to move around, unpack and repack in the bag, but I do like that it has a carry bag to store it in. They had so many different ones to choice from so I received the natural stone pro, which they say is enhanced for deeper tissue healing, and detoxification, I feel the stones are a bit uncomfortable to lay on, now with that said, I did not put a anything down, just had a light weight tank and shorts on. I started with 20 min on level 4 day 1, and then today 25 on level 5. I got very relaxed felt like I could fall asleep, which was nice, then of course a cool shower and your awake. do I feel a difference not yet, but I hope to after a few more uses. I just diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid arthritis ) i am really hoping it helps with the joint pain and the overall inflammation that I am having. My over all plan is to try and use this at least 3x week and see if it helps. Will post an update in a few weeks.
