Q: Does this have a stopwatch?

I sent this back, as you can not program this without a laptop. This is not worth the price they are asking.

Q: Can time and color be set by buttons? Or must a cell phone set them?

You can set the clock time. But to access the whole range of color options requires the phone attached.

Q: Who is the manufacturer/seller of this item? I'd like to know how the device is programmed and who is supporting it.

The name on the box says UNITUBES and the inspection certificate inside the box says MARVEL TUBES. The instruction booklet has a QR code that can be scanned for MTS software and detailed instructions.

Q: im having truble with there site geting the Pc drivers and the program to download so I can conect to the Pc any help ?

You only need to scan the QR code at the end of the manual to log in to our website, where there is a detailed operation guide. You can download the program from here and connect to the computer to achieve WIFI synchronization time, set multimedia albums and other functions.
