After much reading and research and giving up on marine gel sachets of collagen. This is far more pleasant to consume. I’m just about to order my second bag. It’s great mixing in my green tea and coffee with no taste. Think my hair is growing more but need to take longer . Feel full of energy. I went for this brand because of the clean grass fed credentials.

APE is one of the best brands and this collagen is lovely. Mixes well in my coffee and is regeneratively farmed.

This collagen powder is amazing. I’ve only been taking it for a few days and I have already noticed a difference in muscle recuperation after exercising, sleep pattern (I take it in the evening), and skin health. I felt uncomfortable after taking this. Bought because it claimed to be grass fed. But something was jut off about it as I felt like it wasn’t natural. It does dissolve easily without any taste though. Couldn’t continue with this product as I felt funny as it affected my system and kept me awake.collagen normally relaxes you, but I didn’t get that from this one.

I was diagnosed with cancer and had a bone marrow transplant some 21+ years ago. My nails was never the same after the treatment and was very thin and brittle.
