Helps them GLUTES TO GLUTES!
When used properly, these WORK. These have help assist my shelf in shelfing. These paired with protein/collegen and creatine with a solid 5-7 structured leg work outs - YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! I use these at the gym and to rollerblade - the glutes be GLUTE-INGGGGG!

Works as advertised - lacked instructions
I got this for my girlfriend who’s been talking about wanting to work on her booty. I like it, but she thinks it needs improvement. I’m a guy, so what do I know, right?Anyways, the first thing I noticed is that it doesn’t come with instructions if any kind. That isn’t a dealbreaker, but a small flyer or manual would’ve been nice. Maybe even a link to a video.Once we figured out how to use it, we realized that they actually work really well. Being adjustable, you can adjust the tension/resistance to your comfort level. This is the first time we’ve ever obtained a product like this, so we hope they work. Based on my research, they should.

Decent for Light Use, But Not Durable or Effective for Growth
I was excited to try these booty workout bands, but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to my expectations. The quality is pretty lacking after just a few weeks of use, the Velcro started losing its stickiness. I wash them once a week, but even with careful washing, the bands began to slide down during my workouts, making them uncomfortable and frustrating to use.As for results, I didn’t really see much growth in my glutes area. While they do provide some resistance, I believe the exercises I was doing contributed more to my progress than the bands themselves. They might add a little extra challenge, but they didn’t seem to be a game-changer for targeting the glutes.The bands are fine for light use, but if you’re looking for something durable and effective for building glutes, these might not be the best choice. The Velcro issue and lack of noticeable results make them less than ideal for serious glute training. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re looking for long-term, visible results.

Packaging is everything! And when a surprise is added is just great
I was already excited about this product making it's way to me, but to find out that a very nice fabric resistant band was added in black.. sexy!! I am very satisfied with this purchase and when these wear out I will definitely be coming back for seconds.
