I bought this because I have m.S and I needed something to cool my hot Burning/Achy feet that would keep me awake at night. This works great and i've slept really good ever since I started spraying my feet right before bed . And it works great for my husband's back pain as well.We've ordered a couple times already. We've all been there when a taxing workout makes us feel super sore the next day. Biofreeze has always been one of my remedies. My favorite form is the spray because it makes it easy to get areas like your upper back that are more difficult with creams or roll ons. It is light weight. My favorite is to apply it, stay shirtless and sit infront of a fan and let the cooling methol relieve all of my pain in less than 5 minutes. The feeling last for a good like 30 minutes too. Good value for the money for sure. I also like that it doesn't make me feel overly stick when it dries, but i would still recommend taking a shower before bed.

This product works and the smell is not overwhelming. I felt comfortable enough to use before work and before a salon appointment. It is easy to use and starts working immediately.The cooling sensation will numb the pain enough to keep you moving and help you move on with your day without thinking about it!The only reason I rated a 4 vs. 5 star is because it is a wet spray that will drip a bit so I recommend waiting a tick before clothing touches it directly. Totally worth it and more convenient than a lotion, gel or patch.

Effective spray in any direction. Cost about the same as 3oz size from the local store. Good value. Very good pain relief, I have pinched nerves in my neck and back and have to switch products through out the month and this is one of my go-to products. The 4 oz size is perfect. Its very cold when it first goes on and then heats. Helps with the pain and headaches.

Purchased for lower back pain and sciatica flare ups I frequently experience lower back pain which severely decreased my mobility. A few shots of this spray to that area, significantly reduces the pain allowing me to function for a few hours and/or sleep through the worst of it. It feels very cool and smells much less than tiger balm or menthol salves. Far superior to CBD creams that I've tried. Bring an aeresol means no stinky hands, or getting it somewhere you don't need it to be.
