Why is there an option to buy new vs buying used. These are all used I’m assuming. Are they in different condition?

All our golf balls are used. Sellers and Amazon will at times use the term "new" when they are actually selling used products. Then if you complain to Amazon they will say the used product is new to their inventory, so "new" is proper. Another trick they use is putting used balls in new boxes making it a new product of used products. Prime sellers would probably get away with selling used items as new and be backed up by Amazon.
