I'm a chef, so I use knives a lot and consider them tools, but this one is actually artistically beautiful in addition to being amazingly functional.This is a very well designed knife and I would strongly recommend for someone who works a lot with their chef's knife. The handle is excellent and the blade shape and sharpness are terrific. Keeping the blade honed with a steel is easy and the blade isn't so hard that it doesn't respond to a little time on the stone.Note that the tip is also extremely sharp and actually tips up a bit. The first or second time I used it I ran the tip into my palm (not paying attention). It wasn't a bad cut but it was a reminder for me that I need to pay attention when I'm using this new knife.

I was eyeing this knife for a while finally pulled the trigger and got it..as a chef this thing is great for what I do! It cuts thru everything with ease the quality is outstanding! I'm glad I made this purchase I'll be buying more for sure!

Like it's sharpness.

The balance of the knife is way off. There is almost no edge on my knife when I got it. Used for 10 min and had to sharpen and hone. This will be ok to keep at home though.Save your money don’t buy this thing. Cut some cheese and then this.

Knife performs pretty ok. It’s not subpar but also not well balanced or has enough of a cant to the blade and handle angle to effectively move quickly over anything larger than a carrot. I’m less concerned about the blade cutting me than the top cutout - I’ve just cut myself today in the top cutout which I never expected. Fit and polish (and decent edge treatment on the non cutting edge) are lacking.

This knife is very durable and well-made. It’s super sharp I’m talking dangerously sharp you have to be very careful with it. Because of that reason I’m glad it came with a carrying case.
