I bought this during a time when my gums at the front bottom were receding badly due to my diabetes. At the time I would bleed.I’ve now had 4 teeth out (but I had Happy Gas to cope!) and use this daily and it’s helped my gums heal lovely.Looking after our gums often isn’t thought about from children onwards but should be. Once gums recede that’s that, it doesn’t grow back.This cleans my whole mouth, knocks out yukky bacteria, gives you fresh breath and you know it’s good for your whole mouth.I use twice a day after brushing but after spitting it out don’t then rinse your mouth with water as then it’s washed out again.It’s helped me with mouth ulcers too and also clearing up oral thrush (which is AWFUL to get). So this adds to keeping bad bacteria away.The only thing I don’t love? The taste isn’t like minty or the best but it’s also not disgusting or unbearable (trust me I’ve had that type!). It’s pink in colour when you spit.My Dentist had recommended Corsydol but I hate the taste of their mouthwash. I prefer this by far and as it’s antiseptic too it can deal with so many things.Definitely recommended to use daily for the whole family for healthy mouth and gums. Especially recommended if you’ve signs of gum disease/bleeding. Don’t delay to see a dentist too.

used this for a few days, its certainly strong and leaves your mouth feeling sterile. I do wonder if its to strong and is killing healthy bacteria in your mouth as well. It's a useful addition to your oral health routine, but I wouldn't use it everyday, I switch it out with my Colgate total mouthwash once a week and that seems to work well for me.

This is an effective mouthwash with a more aggreable taste than the leading branded antiseptic preparation
