Q: Does this brand come in a powder form to mix with fluids?

Q: do these tablets replace the need to take shakes? I am now intolerant to shakes. Why only 2.4g when typical shake is 30g

Hi. I can't answer on a technical level, unfortunately, but I can comment based on 35+ years of working out and taking a variety of normal supplements (I am also a strict vegetarian). Personally, I would not drink a lot of milk - I find it bloats you and puts on fat and apart from the impact on body shape I don't want to go clogging up arteries. I have found that with a good 'clean' diet and hard work you just don't need a lot in the way of supplements and that most of the stuff pushed as the next best miracle is so much junk. I do find, though, that BCAAs are a help in building a good physique and also if you are doing strenuous work or just physically very active. You don't need many despite what it says on the container - I find a couple with breakfast and dinner is fine. (Tablets are also handy if you travel around a lot). Best wishes. Cliff

Q: Is the tablet made of Beef and Pork gelatin?

Correction: these do NOT contain any gelatin. Opal Fitness BCAA comes in a tablet form rather than a capsule, so no gelatin capsule is necessary. They are suitable for vegans. Thanks, Max @ Opal Fitness

They are pre workout and post. I take 2 before and 2 after.
