As usual as ever, perfect packaging and delivery. I'm excited about this product. I had never heard of the suppliment before and came across it in the Daily Mail. I'm looking to lose a couple of stones and I reckon this is going to help. I can understand the water absorbing qualities of the capsules and the benefit it has on feeling fuller. I'm looking forward to see how things turn out over the next month.EditI've been taking these capsules for a few days now and I have to say, they work. It really does work and it reduces the craving for food. Two capsules and a banana for breakfast and that does me well into the afternoon where I have another banana and my main meal at night. I'm fed up being so heavy and I'm on a crash diet for the month and this is helping me. I would never have thought two bananas would keep me going until seven at night but it does. The weight is falling off me and I'm delighted.

I bought these after they were recommended by a friend. They came next day delivery with Prime which is great; as I wanted to try them straight away. I bought them to stave of the hunger pangs to help me eat a healthy diet and not reach for snacks so much which is my downfall. As soon as they came I opened the packet which is a good strong re-sealable packet that does the job as good as any tub. The instructions are on theback of the packet, the type being in black on a silver background which is not the easiest to read if you wear glasses like me, but held in the rightlight with specs on was OK. They were clear and easy to follow and I couldn't wait to try them. I had just come off night shift and got up at 3pm and would normally eat straight away, 'and' eat with the family at tea time.. I got my glass of water and took two capsules (which are on the biggish side but I found easy to swallow) waited 10 mins and hey presto NOT HUNGRY which is amazing for me! Bring it on, Its early days but if this carries on I should be slimmer and healthier in no time.

So these do really make you feel full and are gentle on your tummy.But the gelatine capsule is annoying. So have to remove the powder to use. Easy enough but annoying.

They seem okay been on for week, I just more and more bloated on them! I stopped them and all went back to normal

Honestly the best suppliment for weight loss. I've tried so many different diets and weight loss plan with little or no avail. Taking Urban Fuel Glucomannan 10 minutes before a meal with a drink has been amazing, it's made me feel fuller quicker and for much longer, I no longer get the sudden hunger urge to eat between meals and can happily go through my work day with energy between meals to not snack. I cant wait to more lbs come off the scales with this product

Jumped on the January weight loss bandwagon. Took 2 capsules the recommended time before every meal and followed all other instructions. Yes, they definitely have an effect. I could feel my stomach becoming bloated as the fibre swells up, which is how they work (IE once you get that sensation of pressure in your gut you should feel 'full'). Maybe that is enough for most people. But that's all I felt - just bloated and gassy. I still felt hungry, my brain was still screaming out to feed myself despite the feeling of bloatedness. They don't effect the mind. So I stopped taking them, and just started eating healthy, fibre snacks instead. Less bloated, less hungry as I'm still getting a calorie fix, and I am still losing weight. I guess there is no substitute for good diet in weight loss.

Arrived by post very quickly. I found no problem in swallowing the capsules they slip down easily. The first dose didn't seem to make much difference, at lunchtime I definitely felt fuller and by the evening meal it really made a difference. Taken every day before every meal you really do not need to eat big portions to feel full. To lose weight you obviously still have to make the right food choices, but this really does help if portion control is your problem.

I was sceptical about this product and its claims for the price but the reviews convinced me. Using this now for the past five days and surprised it does keep your satiety for longer. You do have to wait at least 15 minutes before eating main meal Don't have it on it's own as you get stomach discomfort. Will definitely buy again.
