Good quality
As advertised and good drink for relaxing.

Comparable to Chocolate flavor.
We couldn’t find the plain Chocolate flavor we used to buy in the States but this Light version is close enough. Before bedtime i’m sure it helps me sleep and oddly enough sometimes without any extra ‘get-ups” in the night, so i figure it must be full of good stuff that can be totally absorbed by the body.

this price hoick stinks... Do you take us for fools!!A jar lasts no time at all as you need 3/4 spoons and the jar is not full when you open it...I may have to give this up...
