Q: Is this raw honey or has it been pasteurised? If it is raw, I wonder why it doesn't explicitly say this on the tub like the other raw honeys do.

I've just read the lid of my pot and on a small label it says "...all our honey is packed at low temperatures so that you can enjoy it in it's raw state, fresh from the hive". Hope that helps,Emma

It’s a plastic tub without any coating so seems boa free they indicated only “tub”.
