Arrived quickly
This was good value for the price paid, a lot cheaper than direct from the company or other stores. It arrived well packaged.We were dubious about buying it at first but so glad we did, it looks great on the wall.It has many features and we liked the fact that both pebbles and log effect came with it.

Love this fire, sets the room off lovely.
Love all the different settings you don't need to put your sitting room lights on. Makes the room cosy without putting the fire on. Wasn't sure at first thought it may not be up to it as the price was really good. Highly recommended

Seems good value so far
The first fire arrived damaged but was replaced without any hassle or quibbling. The fire was the easy option for instant heat in a smallish living room that isnt used too often. The original open fire had been blocked in and plastered over and this fire could be just hung on the breast.The wiring was concealed through the original flueway. I was concerned the "flames" would be a bit naff but Im really quite pleased with them, especially as there is a dimmer which can lower the flames to a more realistic level. There is also a remote for dimming and turning on and off with a thermostatic control, though the temperature given seems a bit out, still nice to have.I would like to give 5 stars but Ive only just received it and would need more time to evaluate.

Perfect!
Just what I wanted to recreate a fireplace on a blocked up chimney breast. Looks great, works perfectly. I would highly recommend, and look out for discount offers. I did, and saved £60.

Nice fire, good value
Excellent item for the price, good looking, easy to install and complements the living room beautifully. Remote control is nice but not essential as the top controls do the job.The heating element is at the top of the casing so I found I could pack the surplus power cable safely behind the fire, there is just enough of a gap to do so without crushing the cable or having it coil up next to the heat source.
