I bought this microwave on 8th September. Can no longer be used - smoking and smells of internal fire - what can I do?

Bought mine 3 years ago, failed last month with same error, seems to be power supply i think, just looking for a replacement now and came across it again, i wouldn't buy another, 3 years is not enough.

Interior is as first answer "just about a large dinner plate" Be aware that theinstructions say it must be used as a free-standing oven ONLY - Amazon does not mention this . Cooking time about 30% to 50% longer than equivalent ovens. Have sent a formal complaint to RH, but no response so far.There are far better units on the market.

My plates are ten and a half inches in diameter. Will they fit?

There is a glass turntable in it. My mum put a flat dinner plate ten and a half inches diameter and it fits easily so, yes.
