This is a beautiful cookbook, great pictures and authentic Italian recipes

The Williams Sonoma books are always nicely produced, like coffee table books (is that a thing anymore?) and nice for gifts. I have cooked from this already and so far, am quite happy with the outcomes. Recipes are clear, logical, and unlike many books, they have been tried before by the author! Well recommended.
