So these are no longer manufactured and App support is no longer available through playstore but you can download the PLT APK directly to your android phone/device. its will tell you its outdated and no longer update supported but you can install it and control the headphones. The Touch controls was the issue for me since I sweat a lot and always touching/wiping my head and face it would trigger the touch controls. I disabled it using the app. you can disable it 3hours at a time, enough for my workouts.Sound quality is precise and very Bass oriented. Loudness has to do with your device. its loud enough on my S20. when i pair it to my Desk top its super loud but still holds its parameters without breaking up.Plantronics was a great company before it became Poly/HP.. they got away from pleasure and moved more into business applications.They also sell fabric ear pads which is great for the gym and the fact that you can remove to hand wsah them is a plus. I love mine..

The headphones themselves are average in terms of sound quality. The "Open Mic" feature which is an attempt at "Ambient Mode" is annoying and rather useless, and the controls are annoying. The biggest negative, and the one that caused me to return them is the fact that the app which allows customization does not work with Android 13.
