Imax Storm Safe Beach Shelter - Grey, 220x150x150cm

I hoped the tent would be large enough for my wife to sit with me and to hold my fishing gear and picnic for the day. It does! A wonderful bit of kit for a beach angler and well worth the money. I am longing for the opportunity to put it to good use. The tent is well made and very spacious when it is put up. At first I could not make out how to erect it but once you know it is a breeze to put up and takes only a few seconds. I highly recommend it - and Amazon was cheaper than anywhere else for this product.

A wise investment.Easy to erect, the hood and pole are a bit of a pain as I can’t get the Velcro to align but that might just be me!I have used this on Chesil beach when it has been blowing 40mph and never once have I had cause for concern.It makes fishing in adverse weather much more tolerable.On the flip side, it’s a sun trap when the weathers good.Would definitely recommend this to anybody serious about sea fishing.In my opinion it’s a must have....

I usually fish for carp & occasionally on the beach & I have 2 other bivvys i wanted something that you can put up really quick & this does just that so now I use it for both sea & carp you can also peg this out & as usual the manufacturer sends cheap pegs so buy good ones

Perfect in size suitable for beach fishing

It is ideal for what I need. Easy top put up. But did watch a tutorial on YouTube because there are no instructions. Plenty of room for me and gear. But have seen some reviews that there is enough room for 2 people but don't think this is the case. I've used in strong winds and heavy rain. Stayed dry and just what I needed for those wet windy nights on the beach.

Used this on Chesil Beech -Dorset. I imagined it would be wider and possibly taller. Read reviews about it ok for two persons but that would be a cramped. The skirt could be longer to enable good anchorage. I will be using net bags full of shingle to anchor this down as the wind picked up and it only just held. Pegs are useless on a shingle. Some literature regarding set up would have been useful. Quality for the price is good and it did keep out the rain but if you touch the sides when its raining it will seep through if you use a chair inside this shelter there's a good chance you may touch the roof with your head. for this reason and the lack of skirt I give this three stars.
