Q: I can only get the left analogue stick to work, have I missed something?

With many PC games you're going to need to use a controller mapper like Joy2Key or Xpadder. By default with PS adapters like this Windows will only recognise the left analogue stick for X/Y axis movement whilst the right stick is defaulted to Z Axis/Z Rotation.You should check the controller is being recognised by whatever Windows version you have in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. You should see it there as Twin USB Joystick.Right mouse click on that, highlight the controller and click Properties. Use the Test tab to check both sticks are working and buttons; calibrate using the Settings tab if required.Assuming everything is working OK then, for games that don't support joypads (a lot of retro games don't) or if the mapping options are not to your liking then either of those controller mappers can usually help.If using an older version of Joy2Key make sure you click on the Options tab and tick the "Use Axes other than X and Y" and "Use POV switches". Q: Does this work with a mac too?

It didnt work with anything for me

Q: Does this allow ps1/2 pad on the ps classic?

Mine did, though the connection was loose so needed rubber bands to fix

Q: I've installed the driver and still whenever I connect it, it does not work ?

Loose connection on mine was the cause, fixed with small elastic bands around the ends of the connectors to hold together
