I was skeptical, but I'm happy to be proven wrong!
So I workout and do a lot of cardio throughout the week. I normally start with pre-workout, then go through my routine, and then finish with water and/or some sort of electrolyte drink. That's where these came in for me. I have tried things like this in the past with mixed results, so going in to these I was lowkey a bit skeptical on whether or not they would work as well as they claim to. But I can happily say that after trying these a handful of times, I definitely notice a difference compared to just normal water as well as other things like Powerade. I often feel pretty dehydrated after a long workout and I end up drinking a ton of water to compensate, but I noticed that in using these I had to drink less before feeling refreshed. So to me, I can confidently say that these things have worked for me in a way that was satisfactory, if not better!

Great electrolyte packets.
This is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals in a quick and convenient electrolyte mix. The blueberry lemonade flavor is great, and I love this is also that it is vegan. Simply toss one of these in your bag and mix with water at your convenience! The price point is a little higher than I would like, as these break down to roughly $2 per packet. But, they are filled with great vitamins and minerals so it just might be worth it.

Not my cup of "hydration"
Not my cup of "hydration"I didn't really like the flavor and also found disclaimer on the back that it can cause cancer?Overall no for me, but when you pour the powder into water it does chemically do what it's supposed to do.

It's fine but not the best value.
This hydration mix tastes very good. It mixes easily in any old shaker bottle. It is sweet enough that you can mix it with 24 or even 32 ounces and it will still taste ok. It does have plenty of electrolytes for rehydration. It's got a load of vitamins which isn't necessarily a positive or negative. Tons of B vitamins don't really contribute much to rehydration. It's sugar free which is fine but eliminates a few uses. I do endurance road cycling where hydration is very important. If I am cycling enough to require electrolyte replacement I probably also want the carbs for energy. I guess if you are getting the carbs some other way but still require the electrolytes this is the way to go. Unfortunately, I can't help but think a very popular electrolyte mix sold at the grocery store for much less that contains the carbs I want is probably a better option. I just can't get over the value on these. What do they offer that makes them worth what they are asking. I went with three stars because the product is great if you truly need electrolytes without carbohydrates but between the value and the limited use-case for carb free electrolyte replacement I feel it's overall just average.

Hydrates and tastes good
I ordered the 5% Nutrition Hydrate STK Hydration Stick Packets because I have a job where I need to talk a lot and get dehydrated easily. I thought I would give STK hydration a try because the flavor description and coconut water intrigued me. When the product came in the mail, I immediately opened a packet and mixed it up. The mixing in a glass with a spoon was easy, no clumps. I thought the taste was pretty good but nothing spectacular. The price point of STK hydration is on point with other hydration drinks on the market. Overall I like the product and felt hydrated.

Nice flavor
These packets are packed with a superior electrolyte mix, including double the electrolytes of the competition and less sodium. They work quickly, drawing water into your bloodstream when you need it most. One of the best things about this product is that it contains no added sugar. This is a major plus as many other hydration sticks rely on cane sugar as their main ingredient. The on-the-go convenience of the stick packets makes it easy to stay hydrated and energized no matter where you are. I like its taste as well.Overall, I am very impressed with these hydration stick packets and would highly recommend them.

Good flavor and dissolves nicely
I like to use hydration packets whenever I feel like I either haven't drank quite enough water or have been physically active and just need a little extra boost. I was happy to find this new (to me at least) brand and give it a go. The blueberry lemonade flavor is really tasty and dissolved into a bottle of water effectively. It is very brightly colored which caught me a little off guard just because I am used to others that are flavored but not really visible once dissolved. It's nice that these are sugar free but do add a good taste. Very convenient that they are individually packaged and easy to keep on hand for when you are out and about.

Strong Flavor, Great Ingredients, but Pricey!
I use this for during and after workout hydration. The flavor is blueberry lemonade and it is strong. You will need to mix it with the maximum amount of water which is 16 oz. and it does have that salty aftertaste that most of these products contain. It mixes well, but does not dissolve completely there's always some clumps at the bottom. It's got a great list of ingredients and is very convenient to use with the packs. At the current price of $21.99 it works out to be $2.19 per pack. That's getting close to the already mixed products that are available.
