I’ve always wanted to eat healthier, but I struggled with knowing where to start. This cookbook made it so easy, and honestly, I’ve never enjoyed cooking more.The recipes are simple, delicious, and don’t require a ton of fancy ingredients. I was apprehensive that "clean eating" would equate to bland food, but I couldn't be more mistaken. Everything I’ve made so far has been full of flavor—especially the quinoa bowls and the roasted veggie dishes. Even my family, who was skeptical at first, has been loving these meals!One of my favorite things about this book is that it doesn’t just throw a bunch of recipes at you. Clean Eating Made Easy and Delicious!
The Clean Eating Cookbook for Beginners has been such a wonderful addition to our kitchen! I’ve been wanting to focus on healthier, whole-food meals, and this book makes it so simple and enjoyable. The recipes are easy to follow, packed with flavor, and use fresh, nourishing ingredients that make us feel great.One morning, my kids and I made the banana bread oatmeal with pecans—and it was absolutely perfect! It had the comforting flavors of banana bread but in a warm, hearty bowl. The pecans added the perfect crunch, and it kept us full and energized all morning. We also tried the spicy eggs in purgatory for brunch, and it was a total hit! The combination of rich, spicy tomato sauce and perfectly cooked eggs was so satisfying, and it felt like a gourmet meal without much effort.What I really appreciate about this cookbook is the balance it offers. Tons of tasty recipes!

The first chapter of this book does a great job of explaining the ins and outs of clean eating, as well as the benefits of it, and how different types of food can/should be included within your diet. The rest of the chapters are chock full of a variety of well-organized recipes in different categories (i.e. breakfast, vegetables, grains and beans, poultry, pork, beef and lamb, fish and seafood, salads, soups and stews, sides, appetizers and snacks, desserts, drinks and smoothies, and sauces and dressing.) Recipes such as autumn harvest bowl and quick lentil bisque, sheet-pan chicken fajitas and garlicky cilantro grilled shrimp, avocado deviled eggs and fresh raspberry lemon bars, berry smoothie bowl and homemade pesto. Yum!In addition to the wide variety of recipes, there's also a wide variety of cook times, as well as serving sizes, so there's something for everybody and every occasion. I also liked the inclusion of a 21-day meal plan, to give an idea of how to match of the recipes or to follow exactly.I will say that I generally prefer my cookbooks to have color photos in them, which this one does not, but it's still a great cookbook and I wasn't expecting full color so I wasn't disappointed.

NO pictures! No interest
This cookbook had a colorful cover which lured me into the purchase. Once I received it zi was disappointed to see there were no illustrations of the finished recipes. I loose interest quickly looking through recipe books when I can’t see the final result. Too much print, didn’t choose anything to make due to frustration with format. Do not recommend if you are visual.

Disappointed
This book is very underwhelming.There’s barely any pictures of the meals being presented, and the minimal amount of photos included are all in black & white.The recipes themselves leave much to be desired. It’s a “clean eating” book but then contradicts itself by advising to use flour products, cornstarch etc … which is considered highly processed foods.Had I known this, I wouldn’t have bought it.Look for a better cook book bc this ain’t it.It’s just taking advantage of people who have no idea what a healthy diet actually looks like.If this is what “clean eating” looks like, I’ll just go back to my boring ass carnivore diet.
