I had forgotten what a versatile, delicious Banyuls vinegar is. It’s sweet and not too sour with a lovely winey taste.I dressed a string bean salad with it in a vinaigrette. Lovely!

It’s the best in its class! Even the last Master Chef Jean- Louis Palladin used it making the best salad dressing with it and cold pressed Grapeseed Oil😋

OMG, this is a remarkable vinegar. Made with a French alcoholic beverage. Unique wonderful flavor. I had it in a cream of mushroom soup at Goose and Gander in St. Helena, CA. They shared the recipe with me and this vinegar was an ingredient. I was able to order it online. YUUUUUMY!

I was looking for a premium red wine vinegar, so got this based on the rave reviews. I primarily use red wine vinegar and oil for salads, usually Cobb salad, but this stuff tastes very off-putting. It is extremely acidic and has a strange chemically tastes that reminds me of those plastic gel balloons you’d blow up as a kid, kind of like nail polish remover. Yikes! Maybe it tastes better if you cook with it, but i will leave that for others to experiment with.

Somewhat reluctant to purchase this item due to its price compared to other red wine vinegar I’ve used. This is simply worth the money. Totally different and wonderful flavor. Will continue to purchase this item.

Nice packaging job. Unlike some marachino cherries in the same order the vinegar was well wrapped
