Will this work on a bumpy scar?

Typically bumpy scars are called keloids. Yes, it will work on a keloid scar but will take some time. Be patient. It took mine from a bumpy keloid down to a flat scar. Still discolored but it's only been 5 months. PS. Wear your battle scar proud because whatever it is from, you won!

what is the size of each individual sheet?

They do not have individual sheets and come in rolls. So you can cut it to the size you want (1.2 in width).

I wonder how to wear it? leave it on for a week? remove & clean each day?

I take them off before showering, stick them on the bathroom mirror, and put them back on. This brand has great adhesion and I find that I can wear them for a few days without issue. I recommend them.
