Works well!
The warmer seems to work fine! Purchased it a couple weeks ago and when it was first turned on, it smelled like wires burning and started smoking. Originally thought it was broken but it just needed to burn a few minutes and then it was great! It has worked great ever since.

Company is NOT willing to understand issue with product
I bought this product for my store and the lamp went out on the first day. Even after trying to replace it, it did not work. The bottom shelf of the warmer also did NOT work. I decided to return the product due to these issues. The company reached out to me about the return and asked for videos for proof; which I did send via email. Then asked me to send MORE videos of the product after I stated the issues in the first video. I went to go ship it back and had to pay $169 to ship the product back, which is OVER HALF the price for a defective item. Absolute trash.“Please don't worry, if it turns to be defective and could not be fixed after confirming the video, we would arrange a new one or refund to you.”Company said this to me^

Great price for the quality
The product quality is descent, durable. I think considering the price point its a 5 for me. Works well, heats up good. Great buy

I use it for my pints of honey
This works perfect to warm my bottled honey (I am a beekeeper) to 80-90 degrees to de-crystalize my pints of honey. Raw honey is honey that is unheated and minimally processed. It is pure honey where nothing has been added or removed. To be raw, honey should not be heated above temperatures one would normal find in a hive (approximately 95 degrees F).

Perfect warmer for concessions
Very durable and well built quality. Adjustable temperature and easy to use.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took 2-3 hours with multiple people to take the protective lining off of all the metal. This is to protect the metal from being scratched. It was really hard to get it all off before we could use it.

Great product for keeping food warm out by the pool!

Perfectly functional but quirky.
We use this in a small theater snack bar. It works great to keep burgers and fries hot and ready to serve.The thermostat dial is totally inaccurate, and the machine struggles to maintain a consistent operating temperature. Or staff has to monitor and "tweak" the temperature dial to maintain proper holding temps.The bottom shelf will burn anything that sits on it, no matter what, so we are limited to the middle and top shelves.Decent value, and totally functional, but heat is inconsistent and probably not good for sensitive foods.
