Q: is this a good product ? or are there better ones out there instead of this one ?

It's built great, but my husband says there's way too much tension. He cannot bend it, it doesn't budge.

Q: It is very important that I know the correct length (40kg) or I won' buy it? If it's too short, it is useless....'been ripped off before.
