Q: Does this come with whole chain assembly?

Yes comes with all parts to install it,chain with rail,two remotes,wireless remote for out side garage and one wired control for in side can" go wrong with this one only issue the angle iron to mount it to ceiling is a little flimsy I made a trip to Lowe's pick up just what I needed easy to program just be sure to use the directions the 800# for customer was great to

You can leave it partially open with the wall button, but this opener does not operate via iPhone.

Q: my garage door measures 7'6". do I need an extension for model 1035?

I’m thinking no because the extension is for doors that are 8ft high.

Q: Can you add a second lighted push button to operate door from two different locations?

I'm sure you can push another set of wires into connection holes on the opener.
