Very decent quality for the price, does the job okay

I used to lock my room.

This is a decent padlock hasp for places where security is low risk or you just want to prevent an opportunistic opening of a door or cabinet. The hasp can be placed so the that the screws are covered when locked to prevent a quick and easy removal, but it can easily be cut with a good pair of bolt croppers. For under £5 it is good value for money for the level of security it is pitched at.

What i wanted and strong enough for the job.

Hasp and Staple okay, but the fixing screws are made of poor quality metal.I used a bradawl to give the screws a good start.Picked the right positive Screwdriver, to suit the head of the screws, but after a few turns of the Screw, the head cross of the screw rounded and could not go any farther, nor remove.I had to use pliers to remove the screw.I used to work as a Woodworker and cabinet maker, so I recognise how poor the screws are.
