Watery and off color
I am disappointed with this product. The color is called Primrose and Proper. The color is not near the pictures. It isn't rose -more a clay color. Not attractive. But the main problem is that the consistency was watery and the color was weak. After 3 coats it still didn't cover. Can't recommend this one.

Is it used?
As a woman. I know what a new bottle of nail polish looks like when you're the first user. The outside of the bottle looks old and weathered. Doesn't look new. A little dissatisfied.
