They are fab. They are very soothing and really help sore throats and tickly coughs. They are individually wrapped so ideal to put a few in your pocker. The Echinaforce Throat spray is also very good too.

Each lozenge contains 14mg of Echinacea extract.

Does this product contain alcohol?

Doesn't look like it. Ingredients are listed as - glucose syrup, cane sugar, honey, herb extracts, fresh Echinacea extract, caramel sugar syrup, peppermint oil, menthol & citric acid. They do work for me if I have one when I feel a sore throat coming on. Hope this helps. Regards.
